Why values-based?

Values form the core of our identity.
Values are not visible on the surface and for most of us they lie in our subconscious. Yet they greatly influence our daily priorities, decisions and activities. In successful organizations it is crucial that the values of the organization and the employees match. This congruence, often experienced as a sense of harmony and balance, is called "value congruence." With the Value.Online tool and its processes, I support individuals, teams and organizations to gain greater clarity in their values. This in turn contributes to increased motivation, a better working climate and increased efficiency in the business – a better result, quite simply!
To achieve value congruence, you need to work with both the individual and the organization.

Fast Track to Trust

In her book Tillitsprincipen, Louise Brignelius defines trust as "a belief that other people have good intentions and competence to carry out their tasks in a responsible manner. Trust means daring to give responsibility, not having to manage or control others in detail, but to trust their ability and judgement. She emphasizes that trust is not naivety or blind faith, but rather a conscious act that requires a fundamental respect for the competence and professionalism of individuals. Trust is also about reciprocity – creating a work culture where both management and employees trust each other and dare to be open and honest in their actions and decisions. The value-based development processes I offer increase trust between individuals and teams. And I am completely convinced that when trust is in place, then we can accomplish great things together!

Confidence and trust
Brain friendly & easy

We are a system, a human system with body, brain, and all our senses. All parts work together. Thoughts and emotions affect our behavior and our behavior affects our emotions and thoughts. It's connected. In order for our system to function and be in balance, we need to help ourselves, both body and bud, to create the conditions for it. Therefore, my ambition is to carry out my assignments with as high a degree of brain friendliness as possible. Or rather – it should be friendly to our entire biological system. Through movement and experiential exercises, we can integrate the knowledge into our own system a little faster and more authentically than through traditional methods. When we engage as many senses as possible, learning is enhanced.

"A management team has to develop constantly. Agneta's management team development program Clear, Confident and Credible has been a valuable vitamin injection for my management team. Agneta carries out the program with great presence and her down-to-earth style is reflected in the participants, who dare to engage in a deeper and more personal dialogue during the time the program runs. There was good time for reflection between sessions, which is important as a management team usually has a very busy calendar. Personally, I have gained a better understanding of myself as a leader. Many interesting conversations were held about values and behavior, which I think is important to reflect on in order to strengthen yourself as a manager and leader. The program also contained a coaching module with individual action plans."

Maria Gandéus, HR Manager

"Met Agneta for the first time about 10 years ago when I had the privilege of attending a "self-management" training. She then said something as wise as "that there are only two Musts in life, you must die at some point and you must choose". This is something that I have taken with me in my life since then (especially when the pace of life has increased) and that has made me understand that I actually DON'T "have to"! "

Sofie Åstedt Carlström,
Personnel Consultant,
Public Dental Service, Stockholm County

"Agneta has introduced our supervisors to the art of supervision and coaching in a very professional manner. She has put together a well-thought-out and varied program that has made the employees look forward to each new training opportunity. Agneta is a charismatic and entertaining lecturer who generously shares from her own life experiences. She has skillfully guided our supervisors through the program and if another round comes up, we will without a doubt turn to Agneta again."
